What is True?
What is true? This is something only you can know for yourself. What I can say for sure, is that when you come from a place of love, you can never go wrong. For some of us, we may never have known what this phrase really means, and much of my own journey has been about rediscovering this for myself, and realizing that it always begins within me. What I can tell you for sure, is that the Truth will always keep your head above water. This may not be very easy to do, if we've spent most of our life co-depending, so that others would like us. Making a point of remembering these two phrases and finding ways to remind yourself to say them whenever you feel confused, they will begin to lead you to finding more clarity and understanding. They will lead you to make your own decisions, based on what's best for you. You will eventually find that you can begin to trust yourself, and you will begin to have faith in who you are, and receive clarity.. We all deal with things in a certain way, and believe it or not, this does not mean the same applies to someone else, who may be experiencing the same type of circumstances at this moment in their life. We all experience life based on our own personal perceptions, and our experiences are for our own self. Life becomes easier when we allow it to, and when we are willing to look within ourselves. As we do our best to live on purpose and trust the process the answers are found. We all face fear and deal with things the way we do because of our own thoughts and beliefs. Our reactions come from our thoughts and beliefs. These are our triggers, and there are many ways of looking at the triggers. Be willing to listen and trust the process.
