What is the Root Cause of Fear
The Root cause of FEAR isn't always clear. When you look at my
State of Fear page,
you can see how there are so many situations which when we begin to look beneath the surface we discover that there is a much deeper cause. The root cause of these past experiences are what we should look at, rather that the symptoms. There are many reasons for these emotions or reactions, and they are unique to each and every individual. "FEAR" is caused by many experiences, and, the meanings I'm referring to when I use the description:
root cause
are because of the experiences from our past, and are anticipated or perceived and also responded to based on false, unreal, imagined, perceived, or post traumaticexperiences from our past. Until we recognize this they do continue to replay themselves over and over. In no way, is this meaning meant to be miss-interpreted with HEALTHY FEAR or Real Fear: where you take action to protect yourself from harm. This is the real purpose of FEAR. It is our bodies natural reaction to something that could cause us harm. Our intuitive instincts are there to warn us, and when we are functioning the way nature intended us to function we pick up the signs and act accordingly. False FEARS, or anticipated Fears is what I am addressing here because this is responsible for what I like to call "side effects". These side effects are the behaviors and the physical outcome, which is created by our FEARS. These fears which we may not even be aware of are the ones that are buried and can go unnoticed for a very long time. We don't necessarily do this on purpose. In fact, we do this on a subconscious level, and these are fears that are deeply rooted in our minds, and we react from the level of those FEARS, and based on the past experience associated with those fears, again for the most part subconsciously. Here are just some of the side effects: depression, illnesses: both physical, and psychological, relationship issues, parenting issues, anxiety, phobias and anything else that could be causing some sort of discomfort, or misunderstanding, or distress for you at this time. These are re-occurring in us, and they begin in our own childhood. These are passed down from generation to generation when we continue burying them. We've allowed ourselves to believe that we have no control over any of these. We've allowed ourselves to believe that we have no control over our own lives, and as we believe it so it is. These side effects range from minor to major. The importance you place on these is based on your own interpretation, and your own view and your own beliefs and thoughts. Yes, it is much easier to accept things the way they are, and believe that others are responsible for everything that happens around us. It becomes more freeing, and rewarding however, when we realize that we have the ability to control the way we see life, and we also have the ability to work through our Fears. These choices and decisions ultimately have to come from you.
