Finding purpose and meaning

You will know these feelings and you will either continue to cover them up, or seek the support and help.

This support does come at exactly the right time in your life and motivates you to continue. In my own story, this meant I wanted to learn as much as I could absorb and a big part of my own learning involved trusting and accepting my own self exactly as I am.

In my own experiences, I am finding that it's not about having to fix or change myself, it's more about getting to know myself and accepting the person who I have always been, and the person I always did my best to hide. For the longest time many of us believe we need to change who we are, in order to be accepted and loved by others, in truth we need to discover who we are in order to be accepted and loved by our own selves.This is the real purpose and meaning, we so desperately seek from out side of ourselves, when in truth, once we find this in our own self, the resistance goes away, and we see our surroundings very differently.

This begins with awareness, and a willingness, it is also a life long process, and there is never another time to begin or a moment in time to look forward to. The timing is always right, and it is meant to bring us to learning to live in the moment and appreciate every aspect of the journey. I am grateful for my story and experiences, and today I understand that nothing is by chance, or coincidence. When we are able to pay attention and truly listen, we find answers to all of our questions through people around us. Finding purpose and meaning there fore means that we can do this on a daily and moment by moment way of living as we learn to take nothing for granted and look at each moment as a gift. It can appear to very very fearful at times to trust what we can't see. It can also appear to be very difficult at times to say that my life is exactly the way it is meant to be and I have no regrets when I look back and remember my experiences. My experiences have brought me to this place in my life, and today I see my own purpose and I have found meaningfulness from those experiences. .

The process of loving unconditionally, is a major part of this work. When we get it right within our selves, we see this love reflected back. The purpose of my story helps me heal my self.
