How to Live your life to the fullest. How would this look like for you? Do you know what you want? Do you see your potential? Begin to look at your life experiences and notice your story.
Write down your story,
and begin to find the answers you are seeking. They will appear as you put down on paper, as much as you are willing about your own life, and your own story. All of your answers are within your story, when you are willing to look at it as an observer. You may doubt this right now, you may even consider this foolish, and useless, and yet just be willing to notice what comes up with your thoughts. Be willing to write down all of your thoughts and see if you can describe the feelings. Notice where you mind goes to and be willing to notice what triggers you. Whether you read another page on this site, or whether you never come back, notice your own reactions and your own feelings when things don't seem to be working out the way you intent them to. Notice and make yourself aware of the events, comments or judgments which make you react in ways that anger or upset you. That anger or upset others. Notice the feelings you had either before this occurred, during or after. Practice doing this, in your daily life. Do your best to focus on the feelings that come up for you, when these situations occur. These are the feelings to explore, because they will lead you to your answers. Facing your fears begins as you recognize the meaning you give the events of your life. More importantly it helps you understand how you came to see your experiences this way. Don't censor anything when you write about your feelings, and don't worry about how foolish, or childish your thoughts appear. Just write everything down, because one of the goals is to begin to release these thoughts from your subconscious, and begin to recognize where they first originated. This is how you begin to see and change what isn't working in
your life today.
What triggers you today, stem from the meaning you give to your current experiences. The feelings which for the most part, many don't even notice when we are triggered, are what you want to focus on. How you live your life today, is how you have been programmed to live your life from a very early age. These feelings can be taken back to your childhood. They come from your own perceptions, and you can change your perceptions when you understand how they are created. Facing your FEARS is about looking at your Feelings, Emotions, and Accepting Responsibility in doing your own work. This is the key to changing what no longer serves you. This is facing what is, and living on purpose today. The process of discovering your fears is no longer something to hide. As you work through your fears you take back your Powerful Loving Energy, which serves everyone around you. This becomes your potentiality as you begin to remove the layers of fear.
This is your opportunity to live your life to it's fullest potentiality.
