Your Healing Begins by Accepting Yourself
The healing begins by accepting yourself exactly as your are at this moment in time and
taking responsibility for your life.
This is the secret you will begin to discover for yourself as you begin to become accountable for your life. You do so with your intentions exactly as you are in this moment and this is exactly when it is meant to begin. If you were meant to learn this earlier you would have. There is no arguing with what is. Only when you see the reality as it is, and only when you are willing to accept what is, without any notion that if you wait a little longer some one will come along and do it for you.Chances are if you wait for someone to do it for you, someone might do it for you however, you'll soon discover it wasn't what you had imagined.
This willingness
happens at any stage in your life. Usually it seems to happen because of a wake up call. For some of us these wake up calls can be
very painful and heartbreaking.
for others they can appear very minor and manageable. As you become more aware, and live in the moment you may find that you begin to notice the minor ones, and this avoids the major ones. When it seems like you've received many wake up calls through out the years and when you begin to beat yourself up for not heeding them, or listening to those one, you have allowed your
ego to play it's game again.
When you continue to regret events in your life, you've forgotten the importance of those events and the purpose. If you are reading this page, and find yourself regretting and feeling ashamed about your past and the choices you made, you can continue doing so, staying stuck, and powerless. Accept your past with love and compassion, and begin to see your experiences as being exactly the way they were meant to be in order for you to get to this place in your life, and see it differently. See your strengths and find the love, and empathy for yourself and for those you find it hard to forgive, or for those you want to change, or get even with, at this moment. Begin to see how you kept yourself safe up until now, and begin to see everyone else as having done the best they could with what they knew. If you are reading this page and still believe you are fearful and weak, begin to see your current situation differently. Your state of fear is keeping you frozen and stopping you right now from doing something about your situation. Rather than looking at yourself as being controlled and manipulated and powerless. Begin to see this experience in a new way. You could be keeping yourself safe at this very moment. It is all a matter of how you see it, and you can always begin to see all of your situations differently than how you may be seeing them now. Accepting responsibility for your life without any blame requires that you accept yourself as you are at this moment in time. Make yourself aware of your feelings and allow them to come to the surface. If you believe that you keep living in the past and worry about the future accept this about yourself. Love yourself as you live this way, and tell yourself that until you no longer have the need to do this, you will do this. Realize that there may be a very good reason for this at this present moment. Just being aware of this, and seeing this for what it is, and perfect changes everything. What ever your reasons are, trust that this is where you are meant to be right now. Trust that this has a purpose. Use this opportunity to recognize the emotions that these feelings bring up for you, and find your tears and find the time to cry. Healing begins through tears, as toxins are released this way. Tears help you accept the things you can not change and change the things you can. Tears allow us to reach your wall of futility, and from this place comes growth and change. There is always a way through, and there is nothing at all that can happen to you that is impossible for you to handle.
Thoughts and beliefs
begin to change as you change. You begin to notice how your healing begins to make you see how your thoughts, are based on your own perceptions from your past experiences. You begin to recognize the triggers today and become aware of how very old these feelings are.
These feelings are an essential part of who you are and you are triggered because you are meant to remember so that you can heal. You are meant to come to peace and understanding and to have compassion for yourself because this is how we all learn. This is how we help others. This is how we build up our own sense of worth and self esteem. This comes from our own knowledge and this knowledge will begin to give you the courage in the presence of fear to continue.You begin to listen with your heart, and your soul. Your ego can take a rest since you no longer need fear to always control your reality. You know you can always go back to a state of fear whenever you choose to forget your inner strength, and you always have free will to choose again.The Healing begins as you become aware and this healing continues as you willing Work through your STATE of FEAR. Your Fears are no longer the same and you notice that
healing begins with love.
