Goal Setting helps you see the bigger picture

Goal setting begins as you ask yourself some questions. This is a simple exercise that you can do by setting aside some time for yourself. Call it personal care time.

If you haven't already done so, I would recommend you purchase a journal, and begin to write down all of your thoughts. For this exercise write down the following questions:

What are my dreams and desires?

Where do I want to see myself in one, five, ten, fifteen, and twenty years?

The above are more longer term goals, which are important to answer, however all of those long term or big goals will be broken down into smaller more achievable shorter term goals. The key to remember when it comes time to writing down the steps to achieving these goals is you want to make all of your goals do able, and realistic. I'll explain more about this later.

How do I plan on doing this?

How will I know when I have reached my goal?

Who will be there? What will they be saying about me? Don't be afraid to dream big. Keep everything positive and see yourself as you've never imagined yourself before.
