How FEAR Can Lead You to the TRUTH

Facing Your FEARS is one of the fastest ways to discover the truth, make sense of your life, and heal your relationships.

This willingness to face your Ego, requires that you find a safe place where you can start to share your most vulnerable beliefs, without being made wrong.

Regardless of past experiences, it is possible to heal your mind from the many false perceptions. Taking control of our lives, is what helps us walk through the fears, and begins to transform our lives.

We all have an ego whose main job is to keep us safe. We are not a war with our ego, but it is your job to discover your own sense of protection.

As you begin to look at your own beliefs, where they originated, and how the root cause continues to stand in your way, you have a starting point. From here you can choose to create a loving goal. Set a course of action, and know your intent.

This knowledge is your freedom.

It will help you notice your style of separating and disconnecting from people and situations, that you perceive as a threat. You can begin to look at this separation as a way you currently believe your are protecting yourself. This knowledge gives you back your power, and shows you all the ways you can grow yourself up.

No matter how many resources and tools you read about, You have to be really to USE THEM, and apply them into your life.

At first, you may need to be willing to step outside the box, and keep an open mind.

Changing your own perception will help you begin to join, connect and respond. It's exciting when you can observe how you continue to separate, and disconnect.

This is your own fight or flight reaction, and changing your own perceptions, can help you connect. It can help you take responsibility for healing your life.

The choice becomes yours. You have to want peace more than crazy.

Begin by looking at your experiences, and be willing to question your thoughts, and your own beliefs. Taking responsibility for your own state of mind, and learning to look at the feelings your experiences bring up for you, gives you the opportunity to begin releasing your own self limiting beliefs.

Your awareness and understanding of your ego's role, begins this process of change.

Questioning your own thoughts and beliefs and reflecting on your own knee jerk reactions, and triggers helps you find a compassionate way to respond.

Begin observing your triggers, and take those feelings back to your original original wounds. Find self acceptance and unconditional love for you.

Chatters from the ego

Negative self talk. is your ego, and if you pay attention, you will recognize how this negative self talk, comes from your own core beliefs. The ones you have about yourself. Your opportunity is to heal it, and you will know because as you observe this negative self talk entering your mind, you'll find yourself saying:

"Thank You, I hear you, and I'll take it from here."
