FEAR is an instinctual emotional response to a threat. It doesn't matter whether the threat is real or false. What matters is that you recognize your fears and notice that they are showing you a part of you well worth looking at. Since fear is instinctual, it makes perfect sense to look at your feelings and your emotions and as you do, you can heal the false fears which come from your subconscious mind.

Fear when there is no real danger at hand, is the ego's way of protecting and keeping you safe from all things which could harm you. The ego's main job is protection, and it relies on past experiences. It can't distinguish between what's "Real and what's false and many of your perceptions stem from past experiences.".

When you react or find yourself triggered in the present moment, you are experiencing what some have called "an age regression". The ego recognizes similar feelings between the present moment and feelings from your past. These emotions and feelings are what the ego associates with, and without noticing you get triggered.

Your ego is a necessary part of your being, and continues to do it's job well, by protecting you. It's not about destroying your ego, but befriending your ego, and about finding balance and building yourself up, so that your ego can begin to relax.

As you become aware, and recognize these feelings and emotions and begin to distinguish the difference, you can learn to work with and understand the role your ego plays in all of your experiences.

It may be time to make peace and respect the role your ego plays in your life. Every experience you have lived through is stored in your subconscious mind, and your ego remembers it all.The confusion stems from an imbalance between your subconscious recollections and your conscious recollections, and this imbalance within affects your current life today, and all of your relationships today.

As you become aware and understand how false recollections are stored in your subconscious mind, you can make sense of the fear which you may be feeling today. The purpose in the moment is to be aware of how your ego has kept you safe, because the human mind is an amazing creation. As you keep digging within and releasing what no longer serves you, you begin to change your reality today.

It is this awareness which helps you recognize your true feelings, and helps you make sense of where they first originated. This awareness helps you stay focused and conscious in the present moment, and begins to show you areas which you may want to explore. This awareness allows you to take back your life and to become accountable and empower yourself.

When you think of the ego, begin to see it as a good thing, because it is doing it's job. It's purpose is to keep you safe from harm. You can begin to find balance when you are willing to embrace what is and build yourself up.

The goal is always, to build yourself up, and maybe another way of looking at this, is to say:
