Facing Your FEARS....

Facing Your FEARS, I know might sound very absurd, when you may be experiencing some very real abusive or threatening experiences, in your life today.

What this really means is to acknowledge your feelings and emotions. It's about uncovering your feelings and emotions and working your way through.

It's about learning to live life "consciously" by taking responsibility for your life, including your feelings and emotions. It's about learning to respond rather than react. It's about being 100% in control, and finding your way through.

Now how to do this may feel overwhelming. So don't overwhelm yourself. Take it one step at a time.

It's about always doing your best, and beginning with the path of least resistance. It's about believing in yourself.

These are all ways in which you can begin to take control of your life. This is a step in which you can begin to make all of your decisions from a place of "self love".

There is no final destination, or specific place to begin, because it always begins in the present moment, as you consciously make the choice to love yourself.

Using your own feelings and emotions as your guide in every single moment, and in every single situation can help you find your way. When you are honest with yourself, you can never do it wrong.

Your feelings and emotions can guide you. They are the most powerful way to gauge where you are at. Your feelings can always help you tune in to "your own well being."

When ever you find yourself with negative feelings and emotions how can you take ownership and put yourself in control of your own "Well Being." What at this moment can you do for yourself? This magnificent powerful energy, is your emotional guidance. You can use it to change your feelings, raise your vibration and energy, and be at peace with what ever feeling you have.

Facing Your Fears is letting go of the resistance, and allowing what ever feeling wants to surface, the opportunity to surface. Your inner guidance, will always guide you to the areas you are meant to look at.

Allow your feelings to surface. This will always be your own starting point. It begins from different places for everyone, and yet it begins to heal your life. It is up to you to choose to step into this truth. The way you choose is by noticing what is going on around you. Notice the reflections you get back and connect with your feelings. It always begins with you.

Facing your fears is very emotional work.
