Energizing Thoughts to Boost The Soul

Energizing thoughts:

"Be careful what you water your dreams with.

Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dreams.

Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success"

-Lao Tzu

What can you do for yourself when you realize your dreams are being watered with worry and fear?

1.Face your realities head on. Don't cover them up. Begin to write down all of your worries and fears on paper. Talk to someone other than friends or family who may just tell you to put a smile on your face and make the best of your situation. Talk to someone who will listen and help you come up with solutions, rather than someone who will believe your story and make it real.

2. Stay in the moment. Much of our energy is spent on reliving the past or anticipating the future, that we forget to live for today. All we have is this moment and this moment is perfect.

3. Validate your feelings, and accept them. Make the time to feel them. Make the time to work through them.

Energizing thoughts take place as you face what is, at every moment in time. Only you can begin the process of looking within, and doing the work. What you may begin to discover is that there is nothing to do, other than allowing the process to unfold, and having faith in what is.

Your thoughts create your reality.
