Embrace What Fears You
Embrace
what ever you believe is your worst fear at this moment. What ever you resist persists, so what would happen if you became aware of what it is you are resisting, and then were willing to accept it? This willingness to accept this releases the energy you are creating about the situation. The energy is what draws these situations and events or circumstances to you. By knowing what it is you are resisting, you have the potentiality to change all of this
by changing your sub conscious beliefs.
Embrace your fears and recognize the opportunity to
explore the root cause,
and begin to understand how your thoughts create your reality and more importantly your thoughts can heal your life.
Resisiting your true emotions create blocked energy in you.
As you become aware of your thoughts.....notice your body's reaction....feel the emotions these specific situations stir up in you...... Notice these feelings which create the rapid beating of your heart, they are the eruptions or triggers that take place inside of you every time you react. Become aware and ask yourself
"Just Like When?"
It's important that you recognize that these feelings have been with you from an very early age. This isn't the first time you've felt them. You've felt them before, and they keep appearing so that you can find the cause of these feelings and fear within you. You move beyond as you begin to embrace this, recognize it, and accept responsibility to heal them as you understand how they have kept you safe until now. These feelings are yours, and as you own them, you can create different outcome, as you begin to see your reality with new eyes.Your experiences are opportunities to heal. This opportunity begins with your choices. We all make choices and we can continue resisting, suppressing and denying our true emotions to ourselves. Eventually this suppression can manifest itself in many different ways. For some it becomes a deep depression, others it can manifest in serious illnesses, and in others it can manifest in divorces and family breakdowns. 
What We Resists.....Persists
Sooner or later what we resist will come up somewhere else in our lives. It will always appear in one way or another. Our own feelings, and thoughts are constantly creating our reality.
Notice Your Thoughts and Beliefs
Fear is
an excellent opportunity to get in touch with yourself It can put you in a place of control rather than controlled.All conflict arises from our own personal perceptions based on past experiences. This is why we become triggered, or freeze. We can live our life differently and change the way we normally react simply by working through our own fear with love. When you begin to accept your fears you begin to love yourself unconditionally. The good and the bad, because everything is exactly the way it is meant to be. This acceptance allows you to begin to take responsibility for your own actions without blame, creating room for awareness. You begin to notice and find balance within you. You begin to listen and trust your own intuitive self, listening to the messages which are specifically for you. Accepting yourself exactly as you are allows you to begin Living in the moment, and as you embrace fear whenever you feel the need to you no longer need to live in a
state of fear.
Take the time for you, because you are worth it. Take the time to embrace your fears and eventually you will notice you no longer fear the things you once did. This is the process which you can choose to begin to work on the changes and situations in your life which are not honoring you from a powerful state of being. This is the place we are all meant to be! All because you chose to embrace your fear.
