Confidence Building Tips, are suggestions to help you notice how and where you put yourself down. The ego with all of it's subconscious beliefs is the chatter in your own mind, constantly telling you how unworthy and undeserving you are, and when this is going on, it is very difficult to be confident, without training yourself to be aware. Start listening to what you are constantly saying to yourself and begin making an effort to Build Yourself Up! This is how you make a difference. What messages do you constantly say to yourself?:
"I'm clumsy" ,"I'm fat," ,"I'm not good enough" ,or "smart enough"
Your mind
is where you create your reality, and the messages you say and think are what you
attract,
and these are the reflections that you will experience when you continue living your life in default. These

tips, are about making you aware of your own inner thoughts. Helping you understand how your thoughts create the energy, which is a
vibration
projected from you, outwards. By making you consciously aware of this, you will begin to notice and change these thoughts. This takes place in your mind, and you have the potential, and the ability to change all of this as you understand your fears, and begin to work your way to self love. When you observe the people who project confidence, most of them don't advertise their inadequacies, they don't put themselves down, nor do they apologize or defend. They project this inner confidence, and self assurance, and in their presence you may have sensed this empowering inner confidence from them. You too can project this inner confidence and self assurance by using some very basic confidence building tips, and building up your self esteem and your sense of self worth. Low self esteem can be changed as you heal your relationship with yourself. This begins to raise your self esteem, and begins to project a different energy, which is one of confidence, self assurance and self love.These people who project this aura of confidence and self assurance, can have the same chatter going on in their own mind. They too can experience very similar feelings at times, and they have learned ways to work through these feelings, and they have healed many of their own false sense of fear. Please remember this requires finding ways to work through your feelings, because it's not about suppressing your feelings. It's about trusting yourself, and the decisions you make, which begins to build up your self esteem. Having the trust and having the faith in your own abilities. Changing your self limiting beliefs you have about yourself and apply these confidence building tips to feel the feelings the fear and to do it anyway. So begin by noticing your words and the feelings you have. Begin to observe your comments and see them as an opportunity for you to begin to be meticulous with your words, to love yourself unconditionally, and make a conscious effort to change those comments into positive, loving ones. Be willing to accept yourself exactly as you are at this moment. Always do your best, and realize this sense of self at it's very core can be changed by following some very basic confidence building tips.
