Clearing up the Clutter in your mind

Clearing up the clutter in your mind when everything seems so confusing and you have no idea where to start can feel very fearful and as simple as some say, learning to trust the process happens as a process with tiny steps along the way, and eventually one step leads to another.

As you begin to take responsibility for your life, you have begun the process of clearing up the clutter of confusion you feel inside of you. It becomes possible for you to Feel good about yourself at all times in your journey. You will begin to love yourself even when you hear those thoughts inside of you saying you screwed up again.

Finding your true essence,

takes a willingness in you to commit to work through your own garbage.

Begin to see everyone outside of you as a mirror and a reflection of you.

Mirroring back to you, your own thoughts and feelings about how you see yourself. As you begin to change your own inner thoughts about yourself you will begin to see this mirrored back to you.

Begin by seeing your own reflection in others. Let this be where you become aware of your own perceptions and consciously change your beliefs.

It takes work, and most of all Loving Yourself Unconditionally exactly the way you are at this moment in time.

Marianne Williamson's poem

"OUR DEEPEST FEAR" is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light , not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of god. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make and manifest the glory of god that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
