The Work of Byron Katie and creating peace in our minds.

Byron Katie, calls her self a lover of life, and what is. The work as she calls it, takes place in our mind, and through the work, she continues to help people all over the world heal all of their relationships and find peace, and the truth.

"The work" is an amazing and loving way in which you ask a series of four questions called the inquiry. You answer these questions truthfully, and once you find the truth you turn the questions around, and this always leads you to the only answer, the right answer for you.Byron Katie explains the work and inquiry as a process of questioning your thoughts and changing the stories we create with our thoughts. When we believe these stories created by our thoughts and when we argue with the reality, and the truth, we find ourselves in turmoil and at war, with not only ourselves, but with everyone in our life.

As we question our own thoughts and accept the truth which is Our Truth, we begin to find peace.

Byron Katie helps us make sense of all of this with a term she uses often: Whose Business Are You In?

There are 3 kinds of Business

The three kinds of businesses are:

1. My business

2. Your business

3. God's Business.

When we spend our time minding other people's business, or God's Business, Who is minding our business?

This is The key to Peace. This process works miracles, and everyone can do this in every signal situation in their life. There is no excuse, none whatsoever. In the work Byron Katie, explains how rather than spending our time wanting or believing others should change in order to make us happy and rather than being concerned about what others are doing, the real question is what are we doing?

Byron Katie's work brings the responsibility and focus back into our own business, where it belongs.

From my own experiences, minding my own business, has been where I know I can always do something about. It is the only business I have a right to change when I don't like what I see or what is happening in my life.

Practicing how to stay in my business brings me to peace and happiness, and solutions that work for me, creating for me.

We are so conditioned to expect this, and want it from others. When we don't get it, we create the conflict and so much confusion. It all happens with a thought. Life becomes easier when we focus on our own thoughts about the meaning that we give what is happening in our own life. Life becomes easier, and flows when we question our thoughts, and change them to the truth. We all have the ability to see our story differently and to live our life differently.

Be curious, and discover this simple and empowering tool for yourself. Her work is free, and you can begin applying her concepts into your daily life immediately, by going to The Work .com.

You will find her books in many book stores, and in your public library. Create peace in your own mind as you apply the work, and accept what it.

Believing the stories create the turmoil and the wars

All of us have choices, and free will. We can continue to create stress and fear or we can choose to see the truth and create peace in our lives.

As difficult as this way of thinking may appear at first, this process of the work by Byron Katie can heal your life and change the relationships you have with every single person in your life today.

Your business is to heal yourself and fix the relationship you have with yourself. This is how you begin creating peace in your life.

Question your thoughts, and discover the statements creating your stress and anxiety. If you are not sure which thoughts they would be, begin noticing statements you make using words such as I should, he should, they should, could, would. In other words: Any "JUDGMENT statements". Question all thoughts which have a judgment attached to it, or which creates a sadness, or sense of emotion in you. These are your thoughts to begin questioning.

It becomes very easy to fall back into the same patterns when we get triggered and we all get caught up in the stories. We all do this until we don't, and knowing that we are doing our best is the best we can do. By being willing and aware, sooner or later we do realize how we believed the story and we can make the correction. It is never too late, and what this work has done for me is made my emotional load much lighter. My business is the only one I have control over. I've noticed how I can listen to stories and find that I am not always triggered or take them personally the way I used to. This leaves me with energy and clarity to use productively. The ones which still trigger me, are the ones I work on, because this is a process, and our journey.

Byron Katie is the author of many books and a beautiful inspiring lady who is changing the lives of many. Thank you for showing me how to find peace in my life.
