Which belief system is your driving force at this moment?

Your "belief system" is at the core of how you see every experience in your life. More importantly, it shapes the way you live your life and can sabotage all of your dreams and goals. Everything you do and feel, and everything you create, originate from this belief system.

How you see your world is how you create it. Do you see it as a safe place, or a fearful place?

It is your perceptions which continue to run on a subconscious level that determine how you see your experiences.

Everything originates from this starting point.

As many experts believe: "Your subconscious beliefs are the accumulative effects of life-long programming and because of this past conditioning these beliefs have you at times thinking and behaving in self-defeating and destructive ways.

"

This belief system is running on automatic, and because you've been driving this way for so long, it becomes your comfort zone. You become comfortable in believing this perception of who you are or what others tell you. This is the noise and rattling inside your own mind, which you automatically believe to be true. This perception has you believing that there is nothing you can do to change this and so you see yourself exactly the way you believe yourself to be.

You can change your perceptions, and as you do, you see things differently.

You can change your perceptions, and as you do, you begin to experience things in a new and loving way.

It almost always takes a crisis, for us to wake up, and to get us moving. Sometimes these changes may feel forced on you. Yet, whatever motivates you is exactly what you have needed to begin the process. This experience no matter how bad it looks like, is what has made it possible for you to change your reality and change your life.

As you change your thoughts, your reality in the present moment changes.

As you begin to see how your beliefs create your thoughts and how your thoughts control your emotions you begin to understand how they move you to take specific actions.

Recognizing your own feelings and emotions is crucial, because once you do, you begin to notice how these feelings and emotions which continue to come for you are old. You can choose your present experiences to be the opportunity of your life when you begin to recognize these familiar feelings over and over. You begin to heal.

Our thoughts come from a false sense of fear which we all create when we believe the stories we hear as being the truth. Each and every one of us has the ability to change how we see this. You can begin to create positive and healthy thoughts when you choose to see your self and others with new eyes and with compassion and empathy. Compassion and empathy for another is Love and when you come from a place of love you create a very different reality. It's not what is happening to you in the moment that creates the struggle and hardship. It's not the form and outcome but rather what you believe about what is happening to you. It's about the meaning and energy you give to the stories.

Changing the way you see things changes everything.

You have the ability to change your subconscious belief system. You have the ability to find out exactly what it is that you subconsciously believe in. You can do this instantly, and at every moment in time, with every single situation, and with every though. This is a choice you can choose. Is it easy? It is what it is, and whatever you give your focus to multiplies.

How do I really know what my subconscious beliefs are, and more importantly how do I change them?

This question is easy! You can use Psych-K to find the balance in your life.

Fear or Love is a choice you make by changing your thoughts. Changing your belief system may sound really confusing. You may not even realize that your subconscious belief system is responsible for failures and unfulfilled dreams. If your subconscious mind doesn't believe you deserve to have effortless abundance, or committed relationships, guess what? Your subconscious mind will give you everything it believes you deserve. It might believe you deserve lack, and uncommitted relationships. You will always get exactly what it is your subconscious mind believes you deserve.This can seem difficult to understand or even be aware of when you are in the middle of an emotional confrontation. Yet once you understand this and begin to work on your self you will begin to see for yourself how those situations came into your life because you created them. This will begin to make those situations less dramatic and less triggered and reactive because you have begun to fully understand the process of how it all works.

More importantly, once you can notice and change your thoughts you will create a new reality, and begin to see things with new eyes.

You may not see this immediately, or maybe you will, yet the more conscious you can be, the more aware you will become.

All of your thoughts create energy This energy is always neutral and we make it negative or positive based on our thoughts and our perceptions because this energy is put out into the Universe through us.

This is a Powerful Source.

It is the Universal Law of Attraction.

Taking responsibility for your FEAR based thoughts is your choice.

Sometimes your experiences are so life altering that you have no choice but to change. It doesn't have to get this loud, yet for the most part this seems to be what makes some of us question our lives, and our purpose.

Since our thoughts are energy which are transmitted through us, it is our thoughts which do get reflected back to us by others. Understanding this, helps us understand how we continue to create our reality. Once we know this, we have the power to change it. We do so my taking responsibility because as we do so we put ourselves back in control of our life.

Living in FEAR, either consciously and more importantly subconsciously, creates more fear. Finding ways to begin living in Love with our-self consciously or subconsciously changes everything in our life. The hard part for most people is the awareness, and understanding that all it takes is a change in attitude. It merely takes a willingness. The work itself seems hard, because it is something unfamiliar. What it really means is that you stop running away from yourself and truly begin to look at your own belief system. You begin to question your belief system, and you will begin to find answers.

Always remember that the people you live with, deal with, and encounter on a daily basis, will always reflect back to you the filtered beliefs you are currently in. They are a reflection of you, and if you don't like the reflection then change it.

This is true, at every moment in time. What a great opportunity to practice and change your own thoughts as you see this being reflected back to you. What a great opportunity this becomes for you to notice. What a great opportunity this becomes to do a reality check and see how much toxicity you may be carrying and then choose again.
