Observe Your Addictions

"Addictions," are a way we numb the feelings and for the purpose of this website, this term represents how you do relationships, and the programing and patterns in your own life.

We all have some way or ways of numbing our feelings, suppressing them, and distracting from them. Every single one of us, has an addictive trait, to something or for something. Whether it's eating, smoking, love, sex, guilt, blame, drama or chaos this list can include anything that distracts you, from your feelings. It includes everything that continues to create a repetitive pattern or conditioning inside of you.

Discovering and observing Your Fix of Choice is Your Opportunity

Find out how they originate and how you sabotage your self?

Noticing and observing these addictive traits is where your attention, and awareness can begin to help you, because observing them is like a wake up, and understanding the patterns is what begins to help you take control of your life, and begin to heal the the most important relationship of all, the one with yourself.

These addictions are subconscious patterns, and programing which you can heal.

Let your feelings surface, and notice and observe your depression, your fear. Numbing these feelings with medication is no different than numbing them with another drug of choice. Even the word depression clearly defines the pressing down of your feelings. What are you depressing? What are you resisting? What are you afraid of allowing to come to the surface?

Discover the ways you numb yourself, and ask yourself: "What would happen if I were willing to allow these feelings to surface? What am I afraid of?" Notice the patterns, and be curious, because the wake up calls can get even louder, and these feelings you suppress have a very important message for you: " What would the message be, if you had to guess?"

If you want to change your reality, if you want to make a lasting difference in your life, then be willing to begin looking at your addictions and be willing to accept responsibility for healing your relationship with yourself because this is the only answer that's true for everyone.
